Year-Round Pest Control for Long Island Homes
Quarterly Pest Protection Through Every Season
Pest activity around a Long Island home changes with the seasons. Ants become more active during warmer weather, crickets and spiders move around as conditions shift, and occasional invaders look for shelter when temperatures fall.
The EM Home Protection Program includes four scheduled visits each year. At each visit, we inspect for current activity, treat the exterior where needed, and address covered pest activity inside the home. If something covered shows up between scheduled visits, contact our team and we’ll return to take care of it.
What’s Included
Pests Change Their Routine. So Do We.
Pest activity can change between visits, so our technicians don’t automatically treat the same places every time. We check what has changed, ask what you have noticed, and adjust the service around the activity and conditions we find.

We Check for New Activity
We look for pest evidence, entry points, nesting areas, moisture, and other conditions that may be contributing to the problem.

We Treat Where It Matters
Treatment may focus on the exterior, interior, or both. The products and treatment areas depend on the pest and where activity is occurring.

We Explain What We Find
If we notice an opening, moisture problem, sanitation concern, or another condition that could keep attracting pests, we’ll point it out and explain what you can do about it.
What Pests Are Covered?
You shouldn’t have to wait for ants, spiders, or other household pests to become a bigger problem before doing something about them. The EM Home Protection Program covers many of the crawling and occasional pests that commonly show up in Long Island homes.
Also covered: centipedes, millipedes, earwigs, silverfish, sow bugs, pill bugs, and other listed occasional invaders.
The EM Guarantee
You Don’t Have to Wait for the Next Visit
If you notice covered pest activity between scheduled services, give us a call. We’ll return to inspect what’s happening and treat the affected area at no additional charge.
*Applies to covered pests while your EM Home Protection service is active. Specialty services and pests not listed as covered are handled separately.
Why Choose EM Pest Control
We Fix the Problem at the Source
We don’t just come in, spray, and leave. We look for how pests are getting in—gaps, cracks, moisture spots, and the small areas most people never notice—so we can stop the problem where it actually starts.
Family-Owned Company
We’re a family-owned business, and our name is on every job. That means we take the work personally and treat your home with the same care and attention we’d want for our own.
Local to Long Island
We work in Long Island homes every day, including basements, crawl spaces, older siding, and tight property lines, so we know where pest problems usually begin and what actually works here.
Clear, Simple Communication
You’ll always know who’s coming, when they’re coming, and what was done. We explain everything the same way we would to a neighbor—straight, simple, and easy to understand.
Reliable and Consistent
Your appointment time matters to us. We show up when we say we will, and if anything needs to shift, we reach out beforehand so there are no surprises.
Targeted Treatments That Work
We treat the areas pests actually use—like cracks, gaps, entry points, wall voids, and travel paths—so the service is focused and effective instead of spraying everything without a plan.
Respect for Your Home
We take care while we’re in your space. Boot covers on, equipment clean, and everything left exactly the way we found it.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If something needs more attention after a visit, we come back and take care of it at no charge. Our goal is to solve the problem and give you peace of mind, not just complete a service.

We service your home once every three months. If a covered pest pops up between scheduled visits, give us a call and we’ll come back when needed. If your home has an active infestation, we’ll discuss the initial treatment with you before starting quarterly service.
Yes. If a covered pest shows up between scheduled services, contact us and we’ll return to address the activity.
Not necessarily. Some isolated pest problems only need a one-time treatment. If activity keeps returning, different pests show up throughout the year, or you want covered service calls between scheduled visits, the quarterly Home Protection Program could be a better fit. We’ll explain your options based on what we find, and the choice is yours.
Not during every visit. We treat inside when there is covered pest activity that needs attention. When everything looks quiet indoors, we focus on the exterior and the areas pests are most likely to use to get inside.
No. There is no long-term contract. The program continues quarterly, and you can cancel before your next scheduled visit. We’ll explain the service and pricing before you enroll.
Yes, for new customers who come to us with an existing mouse or rat problem. We first treat the active problem and address the entry points we find. After that initial work is completed, rodent coverage can be included with your quarterly service. If you are already enrolled and develop a new rodent problem, we’ll inspect it and provide separate pricing.
Yes. Mosquito and tick control can be added as a separate seasonal service. These treatments follow a different schedule and are priced separately from the quarterly Home Protection Program.
