After the inspection, we’ll explain what we found and recommend the service schedule we believe will work best. The final choice is yours.

We’ll ask what you’ve noticed and inspect the areas connected to the problem. Once we identify the pest and where the activity is occurring, we’ll explain what we found and treat the interior, exterior, or both as needed. Before leaving, we’ll review the work completed and point out any entry points or conditions that deserve attention.

That depends on the pest problem and the type of service you choose. A one-time service includes a 30-day callback period, while the EM Home Protection Program includes four scheduled visits each year. Active cockroach, rodent, bed bug, or heavier pest problems may need closer follow-up before moving to a less frequent schedule. We’ll explain what we recommend, but the decision to continue with ongoing service is yours.

Not every pest problem requires ongoing service. A one-time treatment may be enough for an isolated problem involving ants, spiders, crickets, centipedes, or another occasional invader. Ongoing protection may be a better fit when activity keeps returning, different pests appear throughout the year, or you want scheduled service and support between visits. We use EPA-registered products and apply them according to the label directions. For many services, everyone can remain home as long as children and pets stay in an untreated area while we work and remain away from treated surfaces until they are dry. Some treatments require the entire household, including pets, to leave temporarily. Before we begin, we’ll explain exactly what your service requires and when everyone can safely return to the treated areas.
